Services

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. This notice must be given via phone call, text message, or email.

2. Late Cancellations:Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will be charged the full session fee.

3. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, Sam will determine if the session needs to be rescheduled. Clients will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the session start time, and no cancellation fee will apply.

5. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if they provide more than 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

6. Recurring Sessions: For clients with recurring sessions, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the recurring time slot.
